Holiday Rental Properties

The agency, ItalCasa, promotes and completes the rental of villas, houses, apartments and B&B in agritourist places on behalf of the owners, with rates published on our official price list and agreed with the owners, and with rates based on the state of the market at the time of printing. The price list is a very important part of the conditions, and cannot be altered by the agency.

At the time of the confirmation of booking, the client will have to pay 30% of the total rental price. The balance must be paid within, and not after, 45 days before the start date of the rental. If the booking is made within 45 days of the start date, the total amount must be paid at the time of booking together with the booking expenses. The client will be advised of the terms of payment at the time of booking.

The published rental rate applies to a weekly, daily or otherwise specified time span, according to the website, and includes (unless otherwise specified on the price list): hot and cold water, electricity, gas for kitchen use, cleaning prior to arrival, linen for bed and bathroom, use of pool where applicable from 26th May – 27th September. It does not include security and breakage deposit, heating, use of phone. Any other supplementary requests will be paid by the client on the premises.

Arrival must be on a Saturday afternoon between 15:00 and 19:00. In case of delays the client must call the following number : (0039) 338 6310620 or (0039) 0721 735771 or the ItalCasa offices (0039) 0721 736759 before 19:00 the same day and give information about the delay. In cases where the delay is not reported, ItalCasa and the property owner decline any responsibility and will not be financially responsible.

The property must be left clean and tidy. Guests must ensure that the property (with special attention to the kitchen) is left well cleaned.

The owner reserves the right to enter the property for necessary maintenance (garden, pool etc).

In case, for any reason, the client should cancel the booking, he will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, net of booking expenses, and with the following penalties: 10% on the total rental price for cancellations up to 60 days prior to start date. 50% for cancellations between 59 and 15 days prior to start date. 100% for cancellation within 14 days prior to start date.
